Nice, pink cocktail, perfect for Valentine’s day.
Puree frozen strawberries. Spoon a good tablespoon into a martini glass. Add a tablespoon of strawberry vodka (I make my own, add frozen strawberries to vodka and let steep for a week). Add sparkling white wine. Instead of ice, drop a couple of frozen strawberries in each glass.
